PCGR Floor1CAA 2010 provides opportunity to show and demonstrate your products and services to an international group of researchers and developers searching for new capabilities and possibilities. CAA 2010 is the right place to meet the top most researchers in this field coming from all countries in the world.

By exhibiting at a conference with such a targeted audience, you increase your exposure to key decision makers in a field that’s increasingly turning to technology and outsourcing for help.

The exhibition area will be located in the CAA 2010 hall, just opposite the Virtual Theatre show and besides the coffee breaks area.

Exhibitors pack

Our basic pack for exhibitors includes the following features:

  • 6 m2 space in exhibit area (April 6-9), i.e. one 2 x 3 m area with one skirted table, two chairs and electricity source
  • Wifi Internet access at your stand
  • Two special exhibitor registrations that provides full access to conference sessions and coffee breaks
  • Company name and logo listed on exhibitor page of the CAA2010 Website (www.caa2010.org) including a link to your Website
  • Company name listed as exhibitor in conference program
  • Personalized badge with your company logo 
  • The option of running one afternoon workshop demonstrating your product or a technique. There will be  a limited number of demonstration time slots, which will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. 

The exhibitors fee is 900€ per basic pack, and the deadline for exhibition space (on a first‐come, first‐served basis) is February 1st, 2010.  

If you have any other requirements, such a larger space, any extra equipment or a booth, do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide the appropriate budget.
